My wife and I visited this store while on vacation and she purchased a mermaid clutch. The graphics wore completely off in less than a month. We approached the store owner on our next trip down, presented the original item, and were told that there was nothing they would do except give us a discount on a future purchase. For as expensive as their “niche” items are (you can find them online for much cheaper) I would have expected much better customer service. Avoid at all costs, google what they sell and buy online. highly recommend this MerMazing boutique! the first thing the lady in the store said to me was "I love your mermaid hair" she has no idea how much that made my night. my family and I are down here on our family-moon for the next week.. so you can guarantee that we will be visiting this boutique again! I've got to bring our Little Mermaid in to see all the neat things!
