I lived in a house managed by Scott for over two years and it was one of the worst experiences my roommates and I had ever had. We had to report him to THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. We had mold that we had to hire someone to find and it took Scott MONTHS to hire someone to deal with it and even though he is legally required to reimburse me, he gave me back less than a third I paid for the testing. My husband and I lived in a cute little townhouse managed by Scott, we absolutely loved it! When we had any maintenance issues, they were quick to get it scheduled and resolved. We just purchased a new home and had to break our lease early and Scott made it very easy to do! We truly enjoyed living there!
Horrible company to work with , Landlord who name is Scott McManus communication skills are very poor . When I signed my lease in 2021 of December I moved in “AS IS” , where the property was filthy and multiple things were damaged and left from previous tenants. him and his maintenance company were supposed to be fixing things while I was Living there that never happened .
