We have been renting one of Captex’s properties for 6 years now. Scott is an excellent property manager. Easy to reach. He has expedited any of our maintenance requests. The last one, the A/C went out and he immediately got someone out to get it done. I would highly recommend Scott and Captex Property Management for rentals.
Rented a house through Captex property management, and it was such an awesome house. Management team was very nice and took care of things that needed to be done around the house. I loved the space and location. Scott and Jason took very good care of my family and I while staying there. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

I lived in a house managed by Scott for over two years and it was one of the worst experiences my roommates and I had ever had. We had to report him to THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. We had mold that we had to hire someone to find and it took Scott MONTHS to hire someone to deal with it and even though he is legally required to reimburse me, he gave me back less than a third I paid for the testing. My husband and I lived in a cute little townhouse managed by Scott, we absolutely loved it! When we had any maintenance issues, they were quick to get it scheduled and resolved. We just purchased a new home and had to break our lease early and Scott made it very easy to do! We truly enjoyed living there!
