I've had the pleasure of working with Jeff and Gerardo of Captains for years, and I can't speak highly enough of them. Their deep knowledge and genuine passion for real estate and community development are evident in everything they do. They're not only experts in their field—they're also incredible human beings who truly care about the people and neighborhoods they serve. Madison is lucky to have them. Highly recommend!
If I could give no stars, I would. I had to sublease a unit of mine months ahead of its start through them, and they take advantage of you at every turn. When I kept inquiring about my security deposit, gave them my address many times, requested call backs for 2 months, I never heard back from them. I FINALLY get a hold of someone, and they tell me they shipped my security deposit check to an old address of mine. I have never, in my 10 years of renting, dealt with such an incompetent management team. STEER CLEAR.
I've had Captains, LLC as a landlord for our business for almost 9 years, and it's wonderful to have a landlord who seems to truly care for their tenants.
