If I could give no stars, I would. I had to sublease a unit of mine months ahead of its start through them, and they take advantage of you at every turn. When I kept inquiring about my security deposit, gave them my address many times, requested call backs for 2 months, I never heard back from them. I FINALLY get a hold of someone, and they tell me they shipped my security deposit check to an old address of mine. I have never, in my 10 years of renting, dealt with such an incompetent management team. STEER CLEAR.
I've had Captains, LLC as a landlord for our business for almost 9 years, and it's wonderful to have a landlord who seems to truly care for their tenants. They have always been very quick with responding to questions when they arise, fixing things when something breaks down (rare, but it happens), giving us a heads up when property maintenance will be happening, etc. The people they hire out for property maintenance have all been equally professional, and seemingly good people who truly seem to care about their work and thei... read more
