Charged me for their liability insurance even though they had my insurance on file. I have 100k liability in my renter's insurance policy and that's all their requirements are. I'm in contact with support but don't bother calling, email seems to be the only way they get things done: info@captiansllc.com Edit: By the way, no phone call and no text before they added that charge onto my account.

If I could give no stars, I would. I had to sublease a unit of mine months ahead of its start through them, and they take advantage of you at every turn. When I kept inquiring about my security deposit, gave them my address many times, requested call backs for 2 months, I never heard back from them. I FINALLY get a hold of someone, and they tell me they shipped my security deposit check to an old address of mine. I have never, in my 10 years of renting, dealt with such an incompetent management team. STEER CLEAR.
