Have recently began to shop for seafood with the captains catch location in Warwick. I am very particular about seafood and would really like to express my satisfaction with this location. The seafood was extremely fresh and priced better than other markets. Along with the product, the customer service was excellent. The man behind the counter was very attentive and answered all questions that I had. Would highly recommend this location
I've had spoiled seafood from them a couple times over the years but hey, that happens. Yesterday while next in line we're passed over and told "I'll just ring him out first" pointing to a guy obviously not next. I've never loved my girlfriend more than when she looked at me and said "we're out of here". While I don't spend enough in the store weekly to pay the owners mortgage they've alienated me enough that I'll never return and only hope I see the employees begging for money at intersections in the future.
