I was utterly disappointed with The Captain Whidbey Inn. The rooms felt cramped (with very uncomfortable beds that hurt my back, might I add), the so-called "free Wi-Fi" didn't work, and the staff just did not seem to care about handling any of the aforementioned issues (as a previous reviewer here already addressed). Even the continental breakfasts were unsatisfactory.
