Normally it's a 5* but the service tonight is what changed it. Our waitress Cassie was MIA most of the night. Now that I know we were charged an automatic 18% gratuity I guess there wasn't a reason to do anything. We had to ask 2 other waitresses for refills. Some orders were missing things and my niece's baby shrimp taste like dish water. We sent it back once but the 2nd plate was worse. My husband had the crab legs. The food is hot and the servers are very accommodating. This was my fathers favorite place to eat. I miss sharing a catfish plate with him. 😔
