There was some disturbance, bringing in the firefighters and police, that kept ANT hostess from being at the desk for 5 or more sign in. So my parents (visiting from MD), husband, son and I stood in the long line (seating seemed to be slowed considerably), with my son in tears because he had hurt his hand moments before arriving) and, when we got to the front, were told we could not be seated. had their been a hostess at the 5 or more desk, we obviously would have gone there but there was not. ridiculous that they would not ... read more
