My family and I had a horrible experience here today. We ordered our food and waited an HOUR for chicken planks and a sandwich, and it was not even busy in the restaurant. We were part of a bigger group of people, and we received our food about a half hour after everyone else in our group did. My mother also ordered a meal and received a completely different meal than what she ordered. Then the workers proceeded to bad-mouth us behind the counter.
