Over the years and through my work I have had services at several VA facilities and by far the best of the best has been the FHCC Lovell! I have such faith and trust in my Primary Care Provider because I feel she has my best healthcare interest every time we talk. My thanks to you Ms. Saffron and to all providers who provide not only me but all veterans the best healthcare available!
After reading all these reviews I'm glad I go to Hines VA in Maywood I live in McHenry and I will do that drive
By far the worst care I've seen in my life. My wife has been here 3 days and we have seen 6 different doctors. None of them share information or listen to the patient. At the end of the 2nd day one finally started hearing us. It only took my wife falling on several exam tables and hitting her head hard enough on the MRI table that it left a nice bruise on her ear. No wonder so many vets feel left out or stop receiving care. This place is a joke.
I've been on hold with nurse line (224) 610-7776 for over an hour. Completely ridiculous and unacceptable!
Very inspiring job, task, dedication and sacrifices of lives for all the humankind!
