I had the absolute worst experience at this location today. It's amazing how one very rude employee can ruin an experience. I'm not a fan of being called names by the employee before she realized I was standing at the counter. Pure rudeness. I strongly recommend finding another place to spend your money

copied from my Facebook page Horrible service horrible experience. Me and Jim (my boyfriend) went here for lunch before my doctor appointment. Get there around 1 girl at the front tells us she is new so that should have been my que to leave. Order our food and she can't find the ice scoop to get our drinks so she tells us to have a seat and she will bring them out. the manager on chapman hwy was working the counter and was very polite and helpful
Friendly staff they answered questions and saw them the girls help a disabled vet.

Went to Captain D's on Chapman hwy first i walked in and almost fell on the wet floors no signs placed. Two older women working one in drive thru and the other in the back making orders i'm guessing. Well since moving to South Knoxville i stop getting coupons in the mail. I called the posted office and they said to ask for the coupons when i go to the restaurant that the coupons are not delivered by mail anymore.
