I ordered the grill fish, it was burned on one side and white on the other side. I don't eat fried fish, so they told me I had to get the larger special to get the grill fish. I thought it would be reasonable for me to get the other special but just pay the extra for grilled instead of fried, because I just wanted one side, but she just said "no". Because the order was no cooked correctly, I requested a refund.
