Shrimp weren't batter dipped, seemed frozen out of a bag. Fish was okay. A step behind Long John Silver's but a price point lower. Service was great. I left a $4 tip. Lovely people.
They need to hire a whole new team. I went inside to pick up my order and had to wait for a good 5minutes or so for someone to even come to the front. The one lady let the other one know she had a customer and she came from the back, where there was a lot of laughing and talking, with a slight attitude like I interrupted her.
The attitude of the drive thru cashier & food i received wasn't worth the $7 I spent i rather take the loss of money and move on. I Threw the food out the window before I even left the establishment the owner should be ashamed of his or her self if that's the representation of your business.
Only the drive through was open. One person taking orders while one person cooked. The fish is small and greasy. The portions have gotten smaller. They were out of some product and the coleslaw was warm and about to turn. The quality has deteriorated over the years and shows no signs of restoration. It's time for them to close, permanently.
