RecommendedBig thumbs up to Captain Cook Rentals.. Was able to move my accomodation to october, and although I will need to pay just a bit more as the room is $10 per day higher and we will stay an extra few nights, I dont need to pay for the extra until August. Well done Capt Cook Rentals :) for a smooth and easy change 👍👍
We have nothing but good to say about Captain Cook! We stayed at the Fairway Villa # 2502. We would definitely choose this unit again. We had excellent customer service while we were in Waikiki by both Byron and James. The building is very well maintained and clean. We loved the 24 hr security in the lobby. The suite itself has been updated and met all of our expectations. It was exactly like the pictures online. Highly recommended.

We recently stayed at Fairway Villa 1217 in Waikiki. Despite two emails (one while we were there, one after our stay), and a response to a review request by the company, I have not received one response from Captain Cook Resorts about our feedback, nor is our negative review showing on their website. (They have no way to filter or sort reviews, and they only show the positive reviews.). This unit was not a good value for the money, and is in dire need of updates.
