History Established in 1967. Established in 1967 Capt. Benny's are family owned and operated seafood restaurants dating back to 1967. The original restaurants were a mere boat shaped oyster bar serving up a limited menu of freshly shucked oysters, gumbo, boiled shrimp, fried catfish, shrimp and oysters. fried fish, fried shrimp, & boudin balls were great
Nikki was our waitress. . She was very nice and was very knowledgable on all my food questions. Place was clean and food was excellent. Thanks Nikki for making my family feel like we were at home.
