I used to go here when they were Centennial Pediatrics. Since they’ve changed owners, the level of “care” has gone down hill. Recently I had to reschedule because the provider had a family emergency. I didn’t know until an hour after waiting. I rescheduled and the same provider was late again. I even came early like they recommended. This isn’t how you treat your patients. I will not be back.

If there was an option to leave no starts then I would. We visited about 3 weeks ago for an infection. The doctor walked in the room and said it was ringworm. Didn’t even put gloves on the look at the skin closely and walked out (was in the room all of 2 mins). She told me to follow up in about a month. Well the area has gotten worse and my child scream to high hell if I touch it. I called the office and wa informed they closed down two weeks ago. I wouldn’t recommend this place if your child has a learning disability. My son is autistic and during his visits, I normally tell the doctor if anything changes and how he’s doing. I feel like they don’t really care. During one visit, I told them how his behavior has been off and his sleeping pattern is getting worse. The doctor literally told me that it would only get worse and there’s nothing can do about it. The only positive thing about the office is the receptionists

I don’t care about office size, TVs or long waits. This office is the MOST INCOMPETENT group of individuals! I work in a very popular and busy office in Murfreesboro and this would lose SEVERAL jobs. My son has NEVER seen the same provider. Which doesn’t bother me a lot. They send the extended release medication for my son that he takes twice daily. LETS JUST RESEARCH THAT. I’ve had to get the CEO involved in Nashville to get it changed before 2 weeks had passed. They do NOT return phone calls. The providers CLEARLY have no ... read more
