Terrible 3rd party shipper for Staples. Lazy, do not follow directions as requested. Stated our company refused delivery and no one even attempted delivery. States to deliver to main office, and left 6 boxes of copier paper in puddles outside at a different location.
Very disappointed in the way I was treated
One of the worst brokers in the industry. Capstone shows zero respect for carriers and drivers. Poor communication, misleading information, and no accountability when problems happen. They overpromise, underdeliver, and disappear when detention or delays occur. Loads are misrepresented, support is useless, and getting paid or resolving issues is a nightmare. This broker hurts carriers’ time, money, and HOS. I strongly advise carriers and drivers to avoid Capstone if you value professionalism and your business.
