Load Delivered is one of the worst brokers I've worked with. they don't seem to value drivers' time. Communication is poor, and they waste your time without providing reliable freight. I would not recommend working with them based on my experience.

Would give a 0 if I could. Supposed to receive a package and they delivered to the WRONG address. Luckily they sent a picture of where they delivered to and I was able to get the package from the vacant house down the street.
Don’t ever come to the UNFI / supervalu on 2601 Ellis dr Joliet Illinois! I got here 6-18 at 9:30 pm appointment was at ten! Took until 5am to get unloaded and didn’t leave with my paperwork until 10am 6-19! Capstone is the worst unloading company Ive ever seen! Capstone needs to be completely shut down! They men unloading can’t do their job because they are to busy playing in the office!
