Happy Return Customer I recently received my third order from Caprice and again I am a very happy customer. The quality of their furniture is incredible. . .solid wood, nice leather, microfiber, etc. So far I have furnished my living room, bedroom, and dining room for a lot less than it would have cost me to furnish just one at another place. Terrible Furniture I bought a living room set from Caprice less than six months ago and the sofa is already falling apart. Two of the legs have cracks and you sink in completely when you sit on the sofa. The prices were very good but I can't believe how horrible the quality is. If I could do it all over again I would pay a little more for something that will last.
Worst Furniture store in the World. First of all I would like to point out how obvious it is that Caprice Furniture has written positive reviews for itself. Notice how after earning a 1 star review on Dec. 30, 2008, the company suddenly received three 5 star rating just a few days later on Jan 2, 2009. Best Furniture Store in LA! if you want great quality, affordable with a large selection than choose CAPRICE FURNITURE. I researched many furniture stores and could not find anything cheaper, except stuff that looked to be very bad quality. Love this place!!!!! Summed up: Awesome service, Unbeatable prices, Geat quality. I furnished most of my apartment with Caprice Furniture and I'm very happy! I shopped around for a Sofa, Coffee table and Bed frame for a while. I checked out other local places and found Caprice had the lowest prices. Delivery was very fast and the sales person was great in helping me find exactly what I wanted. They will order and ship the product to your home and for a small fee do the set up. Will for sure be back for more furniture!
Great service & beautiful furniture It doesn't get much better than Caprice Furniture for furniture. If you are shopping for a substantial piece of furniture, they are soooo inexpensive and have lots to choose from. Unethical, Shady, Liars The worst place by far to shop from. I placed a $5000 order over 3 months ago and have yet to receive my order. Initially they assured me that my order would be delivered in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks had passed they said that it would take an additional 4 to 6 weeks. It has now been over 3 months and they have yet to deliver the furniture. The owner Daniel and Paula are both very unethical and shady people.
