Worst customer service experience we ordered a cup of soup and a sandwich and 2 slices of plain pizza received our drinks and the cup of soup sat for half hour several waitress walking around and talking our food never came out others were served that same after us when I complained they then tried to bring the food after the cook stated it had been sitting there I declined the food and they gave me my bill for the soup and soda with no apology
Great place to come especially after a movie date with the wife.
Sad because I used to really like this place and then things changed. From being told my order would take 30mins to taking almost an hour and a half because they misplaced my order, then didn't even apologize. GF loves the place so we i place an order and again 30 mins, so we wait 30 and all the doors are closed. Servers walk by and didn't even acknowledge me, a worker opened the door because he was leaving, and my order was just sitting on the counter... food cold. I dont understand what happened to this place.
