The living conditions at Capreit Victoria has significantly improved since the new superintendent Melinda has been managing the building. The place is clean daily, security measures are set in place, and the online portal for maintenance request has made things easier. Truly a great building to live in.

This building Apartment at 1757 Victoria Park Avenue Scarbrough are worse rental and management services at all. I was living in there for couple of year and all I have had was disrespectful, disappointed and disgusted me and above all my mails was always missing. I don’t recommend this place to rent to anyone else. Very rude staff, and in parking lots your car isn’t protect even they do have a surveillance cameras on the property. They don’t even deserve a star at all.
