We've been getting our vehicle insurance through Capps Insurance Agency for the past 12 years.
The staff at Capps Insurance are all very nice.
Capps Insurance is very good at communicating with each other and their clients. Everyone there is professional and they explain things very well.
They provide me with car insurance which has been great over the past couple years. I am beyond happy with the service they have provided me as well as how great they are to me as a person.
Honestly they have such excellent customer service. At Capps they are very friendly and really do try and find the best policy for you and your needs.
The quality of work you receive from Capps insurance is outstanding. I certainly enjoying being a client of theirs, they make sure to thoroughly explain everything to me.
I have worked with different insurance companies in the past and none are as comparable with service to Capps Insurance Agency. Their staff really provide excellent care to their customers. I know that I have covered with excellent coverage.
I usually work with Bill from Capps Insurance. He always does his best to answer any questions I have within a short amount of time. He will even go out of his way to get the answers.
