Excellent service. I was In and out within 20 minutes. On the way back to Texas I had a side wall leak on my tire. They changed the tire out and balanced it. Very friendly staff.

Cappel's Complete Car Care (aka Tom's Tire & Service) in Rochelle is the best- my tire pressure alarm went off halfway into my road trip and I was lucky to be right by this place! They quickly addressed my problem and took care of it right away! Excellent service, would highly recommend.
Thanks to Jim & the crew at Tom's Tire & Service. I was driving down I-39 & passing a truck when my rear passenger window blew out. What a freaky situation! Drove to the next exit & called Tom's Tire & Service. Was told they would check it out. Tim did a fantastic job vacuuming out all the glass. Jim went out of his way to get a replacement window & the guys put it in. They were very cognizant of my time as I was traveling to Indiana. Very reasonably priced too!! Thank you to Jim, Tim and staff for helping us out today. We blew a tire on our RV while driving down the interstate. After one call to them, thirty minutes later they were there to change the tire. Then they followed us to their shop, just in case we had another issue. One hour later, a new tire, we were on our way to the east coast. Thank you guys, your are the best ..... Thanks to the rock star dudes at Tom's Tire I'm safely at my destination! I had a tire problem on my way from MN to the Indy500 and the guys got me taken care of first thing in the morning and on the road again in under half an hour - on a holiday weekend. They were incredibly friendly and courteous and gave me a great deal!
