I ordered glass on Tuesday I was told that my delivery would be on Thursday. My contractor who was on the clock waited all day for the delivery. Caplan did not call or come. I called on Friday in disgust and I was told that the delivery would be between 12 and 3 p.m. I ask to speak to a manager I was then told that the delivery will be shortly. When we needed glass tops for our new bedroom furniture, I called several glass companies to ask for quotes. Several of them told me that my order was "too small" or asked that I create the template myself and send it to them. One actually suggested that I bring the furniture to them for measuring... But Caplan Glass was very courteous on the phone and scheduled an appointment to measure the glass within a couple days. Great customer service!
