I think this is a racist company! Ive been trying to get hired for this company almost 5 yrs now. I was interestef cause i did gladd work for 2yrs and i just wantef to get back in the field. Also i never seen any other type of race working for this company other than Caucasians. ����
The work was finally completed but the service is not up to par. I do not live in Baltimore. Long story short, they measured 3 out of 4 windows incorrectly. i had to travel to Baltimore twice because they had to come back. They are special order windows so instead of 10 days it was about a month. I asked the owners for a small discount for my troubles for traveling back and forth for the second installation and he rudely replied, "you got your windows, so what is the problem?". Caplan brothers is amazing and the go to for all of our glass needs at work. The staff is amicable and efficient ! They also gave me tickets to an O's game with phenomenal seats as a thank you. I highly recommend Caplan Brothers Glass !
