I've lived here for 2 of the 5 years that I've lived in Madison, and it's by far the best place I've lived. The property manager, Katelyn, is incredibly responsive and helpful for anything I've needed, and the maintenance team always goes out of their way to assist with anything that needs repair with very quick turnaround. The building itself is conveniently located and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Amazing downtown location with excellent, responsive property management team. High quality units with beautiful finishes. Close to all the best restaurants, coffee, grocery, gyms, and entertainment/nightlife. I have lived in the downtown area for 10 years and this was the first place I renewed a lease!

This ugly apartment building blocks the view of a Frank Lloyd Wright masterpiece... Tear it down, and build a nice park.

I lived in Madison for seven years, three of which were at Capitol's Edge. This is one of the best apartment complexes to rent from in Madison, without a doubt. Great location, great apartment layouts, good appliances, etc. etc.. The real difference though is the management group. Katelyn, the on-site manager, is incredible. She was very understanding and pleasant to work with. I didn't have very many issues while living here, but when I did, Katelyn was able to help resolve the issue quickly and fairly.
