No one ever answers the phone and when they do they are unable to answer questions about the bill I’ve been paying on for 6 months. This is ridiculous. Update: Once we were able to get in contact with the office manager he was a huge help! I don’t know that I would recommend this center but I do appreciate the office managers efforts to remedy the situation.

I had a procedure here on Thursday, May 29th with Dr. Kevin Julian. I would give Dr. Julian and Capital Street Surgery Center a 10/10, if I could. All the staff and doctors were phenomenal! I would highly recommend this facility for any procedure! Kudos to you all!
Like Earl described in his review, we have had the same run around trying to get an invoice paid for product that was shipped to them in good faith for medical devices THEY ordered. I was told multiple times the invoice would be paid only to never receive any payment. Now, none of my calls/messages are being responded to. I hope they pay their staff because they don't seem to be paying their vendors. BEWARE working with them.
The facility was nice and the staff was kind. Pro tip 1: park in the south side of the parking because you will be able to see your car from the waiting room and it makes patient pickup easier. Pro tip 2: they had a Keurig for patient family when I was there. Bring your favorite cup.
