I had a procedure here on Thursday, May 29th with Dr. Kevin Julian. I would give Dr. Julian and Capital Street Surgery Center a 10/10, if I could. All the staff and doctors were phenomenal! I would highly recommend this facility for any procedure! Kudos to you all!
Like Earl described in his review, we have had the same run around trying to get an invoice paid for product that was shipped to them in good faith for medical devices THEY ordered. I was told multiple times the invoice would be paid only to never receive any payment. Now, none of my calls/messages are being responded to. I hope they pay their staff because they don't seem to be paying their vendors. BEWARE working with them.
The facility was nice and the staff was kind. Pro tip 1: park in the south side of the parking because you will be able to see your car from the waiting room and it makes patient pickup easier. Pro tip 2: they had a Keurig for patient family when I was there. Bring your favorite cup.
I can’t say enough positive things about this place. Everyone there was amazing. The staff kept my anxiety away with lots of laughter. Everyone there was kind, positive, understanding, for a surgery day it was actually fun. I’ve never been to a surgery center where I felt this relaxed and happy. If I ever have surgery again I hope it’s at this place.
Great experience at this surgery center. It was wonderful having such a caring team care for me!
