These guys took great care of me in a time when I wasn't sure if they would...We had a sudden, and very annoying problem occur at one of our apartments...Concerned about past experiences, I worried it would take days or even weeks to fix. However, maintenance was sent to the apartment THAT SAME DAY and had the problem fixed without any issues! I was amazed that it didn't take longer, and was very satisfied with the service. CRG now has a customer for life!
They really know what they are doing, been doing business with capitol realty recently and have had nothing but good experiences. This group takes wonderful care of all our management needs. Regulations, communication and just about everything is great. Couldn't ask for more

Fantastic Experience – After moving to Boston from Philadelphia, Pa., I had quite the experience with Boston brokers (not in a positive way)...until we started working with Capitol Realty Group and our broker Emaly Bryson. She treated us with respect and truly cared about our experience and concerns. We ended up finding the perfect place in Beacon Hill and move in June 1, 2012!
Wonderful, couldnt have asked for more – Had some trouble with finding tenants for an apartment of mine, came to capitol realty and they fixed me right up. Was skeptical at first, but everything worked out fine even after the fact. They kept me informed the whole time which I greatly appreciate and I feel like I couldn't do better.
This group really took care of us – I honestly can say that I don't like the real estate industry, there are a lot of seedy people and bad deals overall. When I found Capitol Realty Group and saw how well they treated me I was really happy...I will continue to use them as long as I'm in the Boston area!!! Thanks so much for all the help!!!
Choose a different management company – Horrible, horrible customer service. When a worker does something I've already asked them not to do, I complain to the company about it and they deny it every time. When I provide a day to come fix something, they email hours later saying I have yet to confirm. They also take much longer than they initially say to make an appointment. Worst Property Management Group I Have Worked With – I have been renting apartments in the Boston area for over 10 years. Capitol Realty has been the worst group that I have dealt with. They were unresponsive to issues with my apartment. When issues were addressed, they were often temporary fixes that required repair a few months/weeks later. Between the management, Ed is very difficult to get in touch with and Jeff is frustrating to work with. It is not worth a year of frustration. Find another place.
Professional management! – We've been using Capitol Realty to manage our small condo building in Back Bay for about 2 years. They have been great. They saved us money on exterior repairs and building insurance and were helpful in prioritizing our long list of repair projects four our previously neglected building, too.
