I am writing this review stating that I live in another UIP property, Kiley apartments. A deadly fire happened in the UIP apt building next to us (Capitol Park Tower) on February 22, 2022. We were awake watching a movie when a fire broke up in the apartment complex right next to us that the same management owns, The UIP Management.
