My apartment was not properly inspected before move in. My bedroom carpet was not properly layered down, so now there is a corner in my room where I can easily lift the carpet. I can also tell they did not do a proper job nailing down the carpet down as there are nails still sticking up, they are lucky I have not stepped on it or worse my dog. Horrible place to live.. Also beware of their deceptive auto renewal clause in their lease agreement which they will not point out to you .
My apartment was rubbed when I was traveling away and there was no sign what so ever of force entry. So it's someone' has a key to the place and it's either me or the office. I talked to them nicely about it and the manager started a fight with me just to keep suspicious away from the staff. After that I called the police and after they handed me the report they told to go get the survillance tape and look through it if I can find any thing but the manager refused to give it to me or look into it her self.
