RecommendedNice neighborhood, friendly and helpful staff. Prompt and professional service.
The staff is very helpful and quick in assisting the needs of their residents. There is an option to get covered parking for $30 more a month, and I would highly suggest that option since parking can be hard to come by. It’s a very pet friendly community and has a nice sized dog park area.
I would recommended these apartments to people wanting to live near the city and with great amenities. The staff is really friendly and helpful and works to provide the residents with the best living experience they have to offer.

I have been here since 2016. Very good location to downtown, Ouhsc, Capital, and NW 23rd st corridor. Friendly staff, and amenities of what you need. Very satisfied

Bralen was more than helpful in assisting us in getting a place here, any questions we had, they were always answered in a timely manner, although we didn't proceed to get this place due to another option we had, the customer service was amazing. We knew someone who lived here that really liked it and they recommended this spot to us!
I really enjoy living there
I would have loved to recommend these apartments, but sadly my experience wasn’t as wonderful as it was portrayed to me. If you live there longer than a year, they up your trash service $10 each additional year you are there. Oh and don’t get attached to the “deposit back”, even if you leave your place completely spotless, AND even shampoo your carpets yourself they will make sure to squeeze every penny of your deposit for carpet cleanings and anything odd and end they can tack on.
