Dumbest group of people I have ever met! They are extremely good at luring you in with their sales pitch and promises, but once you get past signing the papers...their true colors show. They are complete scum. I bet all their cars are formerly rental units that got abused and won't last another 3 years. Avoid this place like the plague!
Worst place to buy a car! – Before buying with them, they were OF COURSE, so helpful and nice! After having the car for 3 months, I had some major repair issues and was told before I ever took possesion of the car that they would always be willing to help with any repairs! That was the biggest bunch of BS I have ever heard. When I came to them, all I got was the run around and rudness. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE people and business – Terrible service. Liars. They're all basically the bad car salesman we read about, dread, and hear nasty stories about. The lure you in nice, lie through their teeth, and then once they have your loan they treat you like crap, don't remember promises, and even their accounting department staff are rude when you call to make payments or ask a question. Local, honest, dependable dealer – When I went to Cap. Motorsports, I was a first time car buyer. The sales person that worked with me, Robert, answered all my newbie questions and didn't make me feel inferior, or put off, or anything like that. He was understanding and explained everything to me patiently, and was very friendly. I had to return the car for personal reasons, but that is not the dealerships fault.
