From the sales team Kurt , the dispatcher Seth and the delivery guys this company sucks. The general manager doesn’t care how the company operates nor do they care about quality products.
Seth in dispatch is terrible! He got my order wrong, gave me the wrong delivery date and wouldn’t answer my calls. If customers don’t mean anything to this company then you need to shut it down.
The Marietta store is terrible. The dispatchers don’t give 2 craps about customers. I’d highly suggest FBM over this place!
The worst and most rudest set of dispatchers in the entire country. Sorry excuses for human beings. Seth is a joke!
