Our new Capital Home in Nashville just broke ground last week. We have been so pleased with David Luecke and Jackie. They have answered all of our MANY QUESTIONS and been very accommodating with adjustments we have requested. Watching earlier homes go up we are confident we are getting a quality built home. We could not be happier with the home we built with Capitol Homes. Our home is so energy efficient we could not believe how low our every bills were. They are extremely reliable and stand by their work. We needed some touch ups and they got it done without any issues. Their “basic” packages are nicer than other builders upgrades. If your thinking of building in middle Tennessee give Capitol Homes a look. You will not be disappointed!
For those that are about to build and or purchase a home from this company beware! Make sure you have them repair/replace every single item you can find in your home; DO NOT listen to them when they ask you to make a long list and have them come out before the warranty runs out to “repair/replace” all the items since they will not help you the day after!!!
