Our building has undergone a remarkable transformation under the current management (Vince & Connie). Previously, the building was not cared for. Common areas were unkempt, with garbage frequently left unattended, hallways lacking cleanliness, and numerous maintenance issues left unresolved. Good evening! I am considering a move, and was interested in what was currently available in the KW area. This afternoon I was shown an apartment, at 11 Overlea Dr., Kitchener, Ontario. I was impressed by the condition of the building, and the ready to move in condition of the apartment, being clean and well maintained. A positive reflection of Capital Hill 1 Apartments! I've been thoroughly impressed with the new building staff. The facilities are noticeably well-maintained, clean, and cared for. They're clearly focused on doing their job efficiently and effectively. Let's hope they continue to set a high standard and that their dedication and work ethic are recognized and valued.
I love living here. Ive been here 5 years in September. The on-site managers are very friendly and work non stop to deal with any and all issues that arise. Any issues I've had, were resolved as soon as possible once I brought it to their attention. Very well-maintained property, beautiful renovated units, and great staff make this place 10/10 to call home. Added bonus is the pool, and how close all the shops are! Michelle, Derek, Jess, and Dave all do a fantastic job!
Awful. Rude and abusive staff. Cockroaches & bed bugs & mice. Garbage in halls, rarely cleaned. I’v lived here just over a year. Interesting reading similar and understandable honest 1 star reviews from 3-5 years ago. Plumbing problems are endless and nothing’s changed here in a long time. Save yourself the abuse, the building management ignoring you etc and move somewhere else. Michelle and Derek are obese lazy white trash and they are extremely rude too.
