The property is not adequately shovelled in the winter, garbage blowing all over constantly in the spring, water shut off far more frequently than anywhere else I’ve ever lived and to top it off your neighbours will steal from you god forbid you need to have a package delivered to your door when you’re not available to collect it immediately. Edit to add: I saw realstars reply to my review, and I reached out to the email provided over a week ago. Still haven’t heard a response! This company is a joke.
The Manager for Capitol Hill One and Two has, "The Know of Mind". Realstar Staff are, "Polite and Approachable". Also.. Upgraded Security and Upgraded Fire Protection! . I feel Safe!
I’ve been living at Realstar Capital Hill Building 2 for years, and since new management took over, nothing has improved—everything has gotten worse. There are constant water shutoffs, sometimes every single week. Notices of entry are not handled properly, and units are being entered without proper legal notice. Communication is basically nonexistent—emails get ignored unless it’s something they can’t avoid. I’ve had a really positive experience living at Capitol Hill Apartments. The location is one of the biggest advantages. It’s close to shopping, transit, parks, and schools, which makes everyday life very convenient. The neighbourhood feels accessible and family-friendly. The building itself has some great features, including a seasonal outdoor pool, balconies, and many updated suites with modern finishes.
