Do not move here. This has got to be one of the worst management teams I have ever come across. I have been here for not only 1 and the amount of issues is insane. Water has been shut off for the entire day 1-2 a week. We have been running with 2 working washing machines for 3 weeks. You call and ask what's going on and they feel offended when they hear anything but happiness so they hang up on you. This property management team is completely inept. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of renting here.
I lived here for years and moved out for a couple years. I am now planning my return. A great place and the management is far superior over its competitors.
We have been living in this building for about three years, and before Colleen Visser , took over as the new manager, the situation here was really bad. Nothing was being taken care of, and the building was never cleaned. However, since Colleen started, everything has changed for the better. The building is now well-maintained, clean, and organized.
