Very poor communication. They promise to answer any concerns but Billy Thacker never called back after leaving several messages. Had to call someone else what at least called back. Some of the people actually seem like they want to do well but when an the so called Rehab Liaison doesn't call back, answer emails, or texts it sets the tone. Didn't do anything he claimed he would do but we sure knew when the insurance would ran out. Would not recommend it to anyone. An absolute complete waste of time.
