Ask about building safety and the mass shooting during September 2023 (just Google m street sw mass shooting.) It’s also worth asking about their business license and that the building is actually zoned as a apartment, not short term rentals. That’s why they only provide cross streets for the address and a shady rental experience overall. Know what you’re getting into!
The apartment was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Their staff communicates quickly and is very accommodating. Thanks again!
Lovely, absolutely lovely! Super location, full kitchen, and space to spread out a bit. The staff at the Front desk were super helpful, and everything was clean and comfy. Would stay here again in a heartbeat! Next time, I'll bring my swimsuit : )
