Despite calling twice and confirming all the details, these guys still botched the order and didn't deliver until after the guests had arrived, almost half an hour after the event started (3 hours after they were supposed to be here.) I should have listened to the reviews. We won't be using this company again.

Birds Florist had been my florist of choice for several years until now. I ordered two dozen long stem roses for my mother-in-laws memorial service and was assured they would arrive perfect and on time as requested. The flowers never arrived. When I contacted them, while very apologetic, I was told they promised to get to the bottom of what happen. ordered flowers for delivery to only be told more than 24 hours later - past my time of delivery that they were closed. I suspect they are out of business, take them off the web.
