Was in the store on Sept 5, 2015 on our way to Traverse City for our annual bike trip and bought a shot glass which had to be ordered since they were sold out at the time. Paid for it and was supposed to be shipped to my home. It's been almost a year and STILL have not received it!!

Today my 2013 Heritage decided to not start while my husband and I were in Mason, Michigan. A tow truck driver delivered my bike to Capitol Harley Davidson and the service department there could not have been nicer. They checked out the whole electrical system and then installed a new battery. I was impressed with the professionalism of the staff from Oz, Andy, and Graydon. I just wish this dealer was closer to my home in Saline, MI. You guys ROCK!
