People were so friendly we came from michigan great showroom too
His name starts with a "D" (Dane?){{Sorry if that's wrong but You know who you are}} from Service but He was extremely Helpful when I called because my Bike just "shut off" on M66... We even shared a laugh as I was yelling at the sky towards Heaven at My Husband Frank for leaving Me...He had me started up & back on the road within minutes!!! Stopped by the Service Department Friday to have him check out My Bike & again he checked a few things out & told me I was good to go....Riding to Columbus in a few days!!! Thanks again
Service department is very very helpful! One of the most respectful staff I've seen in a shop for a rookie owner, they don't make you feel dumb
