Mike Miller is the best salesmen I've ever had buying a motorcycle out of the 5 bikes I've bought from all different dealers. The whole staff was friendly has knew their bikes. Even met the owner when buying my bike. Even got pictures updating me on my bikes progress with exhaust installation. I'd recommend this dealer 100% of the time.
I came in at a time in my life were I lost a major part of my family.. my Dad. I was emotional and so heartbroken. I met Steve, who was also heartbroken that same day that the owner passed, witch was the day after losing my dad. I’ve never met people so loving. I got so many hugs that day. Well a couple weeks later, I lost 2 more important people in my life/family February was really hard for me. The General Manager, Graydon, stopped what he was doing to help me with a tire concern when I first started riding. OUTSTANDING people to be associated with.

I thought this event was well done. I had a great experience. It was nice to be able to test ride a few of the new motorcycles. The staff was outstanding and a special shout out to Robert for making for a great experience! I will definitely be back to CHD!
I live in Grand Rapids, and there are 2 dealers close by: tiffanys (gr harley actually in hudsonville) and not so hot-rod harley in muskegon. I will always drive to Capital City Harley because you get actual service and staff that treats you like a person. Andy and the guys there especially in service (sorry i dont remember the other names!) are great and make you actually happy to own a Harley. I cannot say enough good things about them.
