allow patient choice of provider to see in practice
I am very disappointed in how this office functions. I was referred by my Family Physician (who is a MD who did medical school and residency) for a specialist GI opinion. I booked an appointment with Capitol GI. I expected to see a Gastroenterologist - an actual physician specialist as my Family Physician referred me to "next available MD". My family physician did not write "next available 'provider'". Provider is a made-up term to encompass anyone who purports to practice medicine, even if they are not actual medical doctor... read more
