I remember my medication no longer worked so I was waiting weeks for the doctor to call the insurance company. So I called the insurance company and they were saying let’s call them and me and the lady were on the phone with this angry Med assistant threatening to not work with me anymore making me poop blood for even longer. They don’t care about you they’ll make you poop blood for months then say they need another 4 weeks to do nothing. They want money and sick patients

To Management / Corporate Office, I am submitting a formal complaint regarding staff member Tracy and the unacceptable treatment my mother and our family received at your office. My mother had a scheduled 1:20 PM appointment. After arriving for her appointment, we were told there was no appointment on file. I've been seeing Dr. Vallero for a few years now. He is professional, courteous and makes me feel like he genuinely cares about my health and my GI experience. If you have been referred, give him a try. I can't say enough good about my experience with Capital GI and Dr. Vallero.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a complete disgrace to healthcare. I waited two full weeks for an appointment, they collected all my insurance details ahead of time and then they call me just ONE day before to cancel. Why? Because they suddenly realized they don’t accept my insurance. This kind of incompetence is not just inconvenient it’s dangerous. People rely on timely medical care. I would look somewhere else and not have any care here. At first things were going smooth and then thereafter I noticed the disorganization & unprofessionalism. If this type of issue is happening prior to care, I don't want to think about what may happen afterwards. From the looks of the previous reviews, it seems like this is not new.
