It was nice to trade my nap space at home for a floating tub . Quite the experience. It was a great first time experience. The environment from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave is just top class. For an hour my mind and body felt like if I was in outer space . Then I woke up aaaand yea :). Thank you. Cap floats atmosphere is one we are lucky to have in Sac. Aside from the outstanding facility-the staff is amazing & their hospitality is what makes the floating experience a 5! Love you guys!
Super, wonderful, fantastic. I felt energized and relaxed at the same time. I have arthritis in my shoulders and it help so very much.
Try something new - if you are a fan of relaxation, alone time, meditation - but in a very different setting, a float might be just your thing. Capitol Floats is beautiful, clean, quiet and welcoming. It feels like getting a massage without the interpersonal awkwardness, like meditation with less discomfort finding a comfortable position. Try it!
I received a gift certificate for my birthday and the experience did not disappoint - the float was beyond amazing! It was relaxing to just let go and be in the moment in such a wonderful space. I like the options of having a light or dark atmosphere within the chamber along with the music. I did both and haven't felt this relaxed in a long time. I was in need of an attitude adjustment and floating for an hour did the trick. This place is wonderful, from the bathrobe to the earplugs. The staff are professional and courteous. The facility is extremely clean, tranquil and serene. I became a member on the spot. Yes, it is that good.
