Love this place. Tried the fire & ice session, lasted 1hr. You rotate between the sauna and cold plunge while rinsing off in-between. You get the room to yourself so no judgment. Staff is very nice. You can even hang out after your session is complete. Highly recommend. Finally tried the float. 1st timer here and it was an experience. I dozed off twice. Very relaxing. Always feel better after a session at capital floats
It was an absolutely lovely experience. I felt rejuvenated and restored. The tea and lounging afterwards was incredibly relaxing and welcoming. We will definitely be returning !
Had an amazing experience at Capital Float doing the Fire and Ice! Bri was very welcoming and knowledgeable! Will definitely be back!
