I had the complete opposite experience. I went to the office at 8422 W Capitol Dr, Milwaukee, WI 53222 in mid December 2014. Staff were very helpful and friendly. They were completely professional. I had to wait in the lobby for only 5 - 10 minutes (including filling out paperwork). There were LOTS of books and magazines to read. I had to wait in the seat for about 10 minutes. The girls that work upfront are somewhat rude. They have there own conversations when your at the window checking in for your appt. They always finish there conversation before they help you. When they ask you a question they yell it to you from there window, insted of asking you to come up. The dentist I saw was very nice. I don't know what his name was because he never introdused himself. He did tell me what needed to be done. The rooms are open, where a patient walks past and can look at you and see what is going on.
