I would like to commend the entire establishment for their excellent guest service. I ordered a pair of sunglasses in December and had encountered an issue with the order. They immediately rectified the situation and even upgraded my lenses due to the inconvenience. Within a couple of days I got a call, an e-mail and a text message letting me know that my sunglasses are ready to be picked up. Talked about doing the right thing for their clients. Best optomitrist We love these guys. They have been seeing our whole family for years. Staff is always friendly and helpful.
Good kid friendly Vision center I go to this Capital Eye Care Center along with kids and they are very kid friendly and prompt in their service. My 8 yr old son likes this place since they test his sight using the latest technique of dilating the pupil without putting the eye drops. Upteen times my son breaks or bends his spces and quite frequently they patiently fix his lenses. Even for my 6 year old daughter they tested in very comfortable settings.
