I would like to commend the entire establishment for their excellent guest service. I ordered a pair of sunglasses in December and had encountered an issue with the order. They immediately rectified the situation and even upgraded my lenses due to the inconvenience. Within a couple of days I got a call, an e-mail and a text message letting me know that my sunglasses are ready to be picked up. Talked about doing the right thing for their clients. Dr. Dombkowski is the best. She takes her time with patients and explains clearly any concerns and outlines a plan. Wonderful armside manner.
