Excellent staff and service.
Terrible customer service. Very unorganized. I made an appointment within a months time frame and they were unable to find the appointment. The admin were not familiar with my insurance plan even though I made the appointment 1 month in advance. Clinic was extremely unorganized and seemed like they need more help. I, as the customer, was not made the priority. I had to find another optometrist.
Dr. Levin is the best. She takes her time to check everything and she takes extra time to check throughly. All the staff is wonderful.
I received excellent service from Dr. Stella Levin. She was very patient to answer all my questions. The staff is personable and professional. Great selection of frames.
The practice is undergoing change of doctors, staff & systems. Operations are chaotic.
