Always trying to upcharge. I made an appointment for only cleaning, they confirmed that would be the case, then they tried to add on xrays after I got there.
Dr. Nagesh is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, and friendly doctors I have come across. She explains all the procedures that are required to be done, the tests that are required and gives any alternate options as well. While performing painful procedures, she explains each and every detail what she is going to perform and gives a heads-up on what we could expect to feel (say pain, numbness, tingling...).
