After a review of our router, I found unknown MAC addresses in a log file. Of course, I was concerned that we might have had a security problem. The very next day, while downloading a MS update, I got lock out of one of our computers. I called Capitol Computer & Network Solutions and they sent a tech named Joel over the following day.
