My daughter was told to send her car to Capitol Collision after she was in a minor car accident. this company was very unprofessional and I believe they are dishonest. They conducted an assessment of the car and determined it to be totaled. the car was only going 5 miles an hour during the accident and only the bumper and hood had damage, but they apparently added in other items such as damage to the air conditioner, which was completely untrue. After stopping at a filling station not far from the Grand Canyon, the driver side door was unfortunately caught by the full force of the wind after which it no longer sealed properly along the top edge of the door. A trip to Capital Collision and an estimate for replacement of the top door hinge (which was slightly bent), paint, and refitting the door back in place came to $211. I took my company panel van to Capitol after I thought the price the truck dealer quoted me was very high. Eric was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me honest advise about the repair and although he could not do the repair since the truck would not fit in his painting booth, he referred me to All Pro Fleet Painting who ended up doing a great job. I was referred to Capitol Collision by my insurance agent and I thought I needed to get three estimates but capitol was preapproved by my insurance company so I was able to just leave my truck there to get fixed. Melissa and eric at the shop set up my rental on the spot and they even gave me a ride to enterprise- GREAT customer service!
