Someone T-boned my pickup truck causing alot of damage to the passenger side. Many body parts had to be replaced. Capitol Collision did a wonderful job not only with the repairs but the paint is a perfect match. Looking at the truck you cant tell which parts are original and which ones have been replaced It looks like it just came off the lot. Couldn't be happier with their work.
I really recommend anybody to go and get there car fixed there, I was a customer there a week ago very friendly staff n professional as well had my car there for 2weeks and they fixed it like how I got from the dealers new, they washed my car fixed it and returned it to me. The guys at Capitol were really nice and professional. I didn't feel like I was left in the dark once I gave them my car, and they helped me deal with the insurance company which was definitely a relief.
It's an awful thing to be in an accident and it only makes matters worse to have to deal with haggling insurance companies and the loss of transportation in the aftermath. When my son was in an accident John Gerrie and Capitol Collision stepped right up to the plate and eliminated a lot of stress for me and my family. I found Capitol Collision online and chose to visit them because of their reviews. Our RV was too big for them to work on so they recommended all pro fleet paint and body in glendale (who did an awesome job). Although I did not use capitol the company is first class- very friendly staff from the minute I entered to when they recommended another shop. Very clean body shop and a very nice retro lobby!
I had an Issue after getting my vehicle repaired at this shop. However, I do believe this was an honest mistake. Capitol Collision was quick to give me a call to get more information. I took my car back to the shop and they sincerely apologized for any inconvenience and made sure they accommodated to my needs as my vehicle was being worked on. My friend informed me about repair service due to my bumper was dented and she recommend Captiol Collison to do the repairs when I went to the shop right away they had excellent customer service and completed the repairs within three day. I was so happy for the quick turn around.
I recently got my Jeep repaired at Capitol Collision. They did a fantastic job. My insurance company wanted me to use their service center but after getting recommendation from friends and looking at the reviews on line, I decided to get my cars repaired at Capitol. I had a fender bender in my truck and had no insurance to pay to fix it. I found capitol body shop online and they quoted me a fair price and fixed me up. The truck was done on time and the price was fair. They did want I wanted done without trying to run the bill up like some mechanic shops. I'm ex military and don't appreciate any BS. The crew was honest and friendly and the repair was great so i give them 5 stars.
