We ordered a couple parts. They charged us at the time of order instead of pickup. I felt that was kind of shady. But, we got the parts a couple days later. For comparison, I ordered Ford parts at another area dealer and waited months with no communication. The other dealer set the bar low by nobody knowing what I was talking about when I checked on my order.
